By accessing or using OrderFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. OrderFlow is an e-commerce automation platform designed for Pakistani sellers to manage orders, shipping, and customer communication.
OrderFlow provides e-commerce automation tools including order management, AI-powered address cleaning, courier integration (Leopards, TCS, Trax), WhatsApp order confirmation, shipping label generation, and analytics dashboards. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account per business entity. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Free plan includes 50 orders per month. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) offer increased limits and features. Payments are processed monthly in PKR. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to: use the Service for illegal activities, send spam or unsolicited messages through our WhatsApp integration, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the Service, use automated scripts to abuse the API, or misrepresent your business identity.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before sending WhatsApp messages through our platform.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Third-party integrations (Shopify, WhatsApp, couriers) are subject to their own availability and terms.
OrderFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for courier delivery failures, WhatsApp message delivery, or third-party service outages.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
